& Conservation Areas

Tree Preservation Orders

Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s) are applied by a local authority in order to protect an individual tree or group of trees. Therefore, any works needing to be carried out will require permission from your local District council. As part of our service to you we are able to assist with this process by completing and submitting applications on your behalf, free of charge.

Conservation Areas

If your property lies within a Conservation Area then you will also need Council permission to be able to carry out works to your trees. As with TPO’s we will be happy to assist with the completion and submission of relevant applications, free of charge.

For more than 10 years now all our applications to District councils have been approved.

Client reviews

“I’m gazing out at my new improved view and its exactly how I hoped it would be. Your lads did an excellent job, cleared everything up and even left me some logs for my woodburner. Thank you.”
